What the content on this site is for, what it is not, and where the limits sit.
The full disclaimer is below. Here is the gist if you are short on time.
Everything I publish is based on my experience. It is not personalised advice for your situation.
SEO and AI Search change fast. What worked when a post was written may not work today.
I make no guarantees about your results. Outcomes vary by industry, stack, and execution.
Tools and code are use-at-your-own-risk. Test before deploying anywhere that matters.
Mentioning a brand or tool is not an endorsement. I disclose any affiliate relationships.
This disclaimer applies to all content I publish on victorijomah.com and its subdomains, including blog posts, frameworks, tools, downloads, videos, the newsletter, and anything shared on social media that links back here.
It works alongside the Terms & Conditions, which contain the full limitation of liability and the governing law. This page is a more focused statement of what the content on this site is, and what it is not.
Everything I publish is shared for general information and education. It reflects my opinions, my research, and my experience working on Technical SEO and AI Search. It is not personalised advice for your specific website, business, or situation.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other regulated professional advice. If you need that kind of guidance, speak to a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Search and AI platforms change faster than I can update old posts. Always check the date on a piece before assuming the advice still applies.
Google updates its algorithms. AI search engines change how they crawl, rank, and cite. Schema specifications evolve. llms.txt is itself an emerging standard. What was best practice when I published a post may have moved on by the time you read it.
I do my best to update older posts when something material changes, but I cannot promise every article reflects current reality. Treat the published date as a signal of how recent the advice is, and verify with first-party sources (Google Search Central, Bing Webmaster, vendor documentation) before betting your strategy on it.
SEO and AI Search outcomes depend on many variables I do not control. Your industry, your competition, your existing site authority, your content quality, your team's execution, the platforms' current rules, and a fair bit of luck all affect what you actually get.
Any case studies, screenshots, or before-and-after examples I share describe what happened in those specific situations. They are not predictions, projections, or promises about what will happen in yours. Replicating a strategy that worked elsewhere does not guarantee the same result.
Anyone in this field who promises specific rankings, traffic numbers, or AI citation rates is either inexperienced or misleading you. I will not do either.
Anything you can run, paste, or deploy from this site is provided as-is. Test in a safe environment first.
Tools, code snippets, schema templates, configuration files, and any other resources offered on this site are provided as-is with no warranty of any kind. They may contain errors, may not be suited to your specific stack, and may behave differently in your environment than they did in mine.
Before deploying anything from here to a production website, especially anything that affects crawling, indexing, or rendering (robots.txt rules, llms.txt declarations, schema markup, redirects, canonicalisation), test in a staging environment, review with someone who knows your stack, and have a rollback plan.
I am not responsible for outcomes that result from using these tools or code on your own site.
Some outbound links on this site may be affiliate links. That means I receive a small commission if you sign up or buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
My rules around this:
If you would rather not use an affiliate link, you can usually search for the product or service directly. The recommendation still stands.
When I mention specific brands, products, platforms, or tools (Google, Ahrefs, Yoast, Kit, Screaming Frog, and so on), I am referring to them by their real names because that is how you talk about real things. The mention is not an endorsement, a partnership, or an affiliation unless I explicitly say so.
Trade marks, product names, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion in articles, screenshots, or examples is fair editorial use for the purpose of analysis, comparison, or teaching.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I am not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using this site, applying advice you read here, or running code I have shared. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, and business interruption.
The full limitation of liability sits in the Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
I may update this disclaimer when content on the site changes substantially, when I add new types of resources, or when the law moves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
If anything on this page raises a question, or if you spot something on the site that you think needs a clearer warning or context, please let me know.
