Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of victorijomah.com and related services operated by Victor Ijomah ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of services
We provide a range of digital services and content, including:
- The main website at victorijomah.com (essays, projects, books, courses, speaking)
- Level Zero, a private members community (learn.victorijomah.com)
- The Smarter Marketing blog (blog.victorijomah.com)
- Free SEO tools (seo.victorijomah.com)
User accounts
Some services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Level Zero membership
Application required. Membership is granted by application, not purchase. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We review every application personally and may decline at our discretion.
Subscription. Approved members pay a recurring monthly subscription as displayed at the time of approval. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Conduct. Members are expected to engage respectfully, contribute meaningfully, and respect the privacy of other members. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that disrupts the community.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Paystack). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms.
All fees are quoted in the relevant currency and may include local taxes where applicable. Refunds are not generally provided unless required by law or stated otherwise in our refund policy.
User content
You retain ownership of any content you post or submit through our services (messages, applications, comments, etc.).
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content to the extent necessary to provide our services.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
Intellectual property
All content on our services (text, design, graphics, code, written works, and member-only material) is owned by Victor Ijomah or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and use our public content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Member-only content. Material accessed through Level Zero membership is for the personal use of the member only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling member content is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of membership.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use our services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content using automated tools without our consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or any user's enjoyment of them
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, in particular for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Content shared through our services (essays, courses, books, mentorship, and community discussions) is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or business advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on this content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Victor Ijomah be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
