The ground rules for using this site, the content on it, and the services described here.
The full terms are below. Here is the gist if you are short on time.
Reading the site, subscribing, or contacting me is fine. Scraping, hacking, or republishing my work is not.
Blog content is general guidance, not personalised consulting advice for your specific situation.
I make no guarantees about results. SEO and AI Search move fast and outcomes vary.
AI training requires my written permission. There is no blanket licence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
By accessing or using victorijomah.com and its subdomains, including the Technical SEO Library at victorijomah.com/library, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Together they govern how this site can be used.
This site is operated by Victor Ijomah, an independent Technical SEO specialist based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. References to “I”, “me”, and “my” throughout these terms refer to me as the site operator.
You can reach me at contact@victorijomah.com for anything related to these terms.
All content on this site, including written articles, code, frameworks, tools, designs, illustrations, and the visual brand, is my intellectual property unless explicitly attributed to someone else. UK copyright law protects this content the moment it is created.
When you use this site, you agree not to:
I reserve the right to investigate and respond to breaches, including by blocking access, contacting your hosting provider, or referring matters to the relevant authorities.
This site is operated by someone who works on AI Search for a living. The position on AI training is deliberate and considered.
Content on this site, including blog posts, frameworks, tools, code examples, and visual assets, may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve artificial intelligence systems, large language models, or machine learning models without my written permission. This applies to both commercial and research use.
I support AI search engines and assistants that respect publisher signals. This includes robots.txt rules, llms.txt declarations, ai.txt files where applicable, and clear opt-out signals in HTTP headers and meta tags. I do not consent to use by systems that ignore these signals, scrape content surreptitiously, or repurpose original work without attribution or permission.
If you want to license content for AI training, dataset inclusion, or other commercial AI use, get in touch. I am open to conversations on reasonable terms.
The Services and Hire pages describe consulting work, engagement models, and indicative pricing. These descriptions are for information only and do not, by themselves, create a contract.
Any actual engagement we agree on will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter signed by both parties. That document, not this site, sets out the specific scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, and terms of our working relationship.
Pricing shown on the site is indicative and may change. I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion, including projects that fall outside the kind of work I take on, raise conflicts of interest, or fail the fit criteria described on the Services page.
Everything I publish on the site and in the newsletter is general guidance based on my experience and the research available at the time. It is not personalised consulting advice, and it does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Your situation, your industry, and your stack may all change what is actually right for you.
SEO and AI Search are fields where outcomes depend on many variables outside any one person's control. I make no guarantees that following the advice or examples on this site will produce specific rankings, traffic levels, citations, conversions, or any other outcome. What worked last quarter may not work next quarter. Anyone who promises otherwise is misleading you.
I make every reasonable effort to keep the site accurate and up to date, but I cannot guarantee that everything is free of errors or omissions. If you spot something wrong, please let me know.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage you incur from using this site or relying on its content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The site links to other websites, tools, and resources I find useful. Those sites are operated by other people and organisations. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, their policies, or what happens when you use them. A link is not an endorsement.
Some outgoing links may be affiliate links, which means I receive a small commission if you sign up or buy through them at no extra cost to you. I will only ever link to things I would recommend without payment. Where a link is an affiliate link, I will say so.
I may suspend or block access to the site, in whole or in part, if you breach these terms or if I need to protect the site, my work, or other visitors. Where reasonable, I will let you know first.
You can stop using the site at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter or asking for your data to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy) is enough to end your relationship with me as a visitor.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing the site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they apply.
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For minor edits (typos, wording improvements), continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, I will give reasonable notice through the newsletter or a visible notice on the site.
If you have any questions about these terms, want to license content, or need to raise a concern, you can reach me at:
